The Career Guidance Development and Placement Cell aims of bridging the gap between academia and industry. Preparing the recruitment schedule for the year, inviting corporations for pre-placement talks on the campus followed by final placements, and overseeing the process recruitment drive.

Career Guidance:

The Students joined engineering to become a successful productive engineer. Students and their parents dream about their career and in many places, fail sometimes due to lack of proper guidance. The Placement Cell assists every student from their entry to college on the path towards their career, giving awareness about career options that everyone has. Most students think only about placements after their graduation as their career.

There are many other paths which the students are not aware about. After completing the B.E program, candidates can either pursue higher studies (one popular exam that they can give for this is GATE) or consider pursuing a job after BE in the field of their choice. Although M. Tech is a natural course choice after completing a B.E program, these days many students opt to take up MBA courses after completing their B.E degree program. Other options that aspirants can consider include picking up a job at a PSU (Public Sector Undertaking), taking the Civil Services entrance exam, or joining a private company.

We provide knowledge about all the possible destinations for everyone. If any student wishes to change their paths after some time, there is an option. But, we want everyone to be specific about their career so that they are highly focused and attain success. Following are the different paths for an engineering students are Placements, Higher Studies – India and Abroad, Civil Service Exams, Government Jobs, Entrepreneurs. A team of dedicated educationalists intending to bring Easy-To-Use, High Quality, Affordable, Comprehensive and Well Researched Training Material to students who are preparing to find career opportunities in Government and Banking jobs.

Higher and Overseas Education:

The Akshaya Institute of Technology assists students who wish to pursue higher education after completing their engineering education. The cell provides guidance on the various courses available in India and abroad, the admission process, scholarship opportunities, and the eligibility criteria. It also conducts seminars and workshops to educate students about the different options available for higher education

Memorandum of Understandings (MoU)

The MoU is intended to recognize the general basis for a cooperative and a collaborative working relationship between the institute and industry. The purpose of MoU is to have mutual intentions to jointly work on projects required for industries and research needs, with learned faculty of good industrial experience and promising students, jointly agree to exchange their expertise for mutual benefit and growth, on the areas which includes Industrial Visits, Guest lectures, Projects, problem solving skills, Internships, Placement and establishing advanced labs.

The joining hands between the Industry and Institute is an essential to strengthen the relationship between industry and our institute. The Industry-Institution Interaction will provide an excellent platform for both the students as well as the faculty members to be aware of industry expectations from the graduates. It acts as a podium to showcase the best practices, latest technologies in industry stand point and their implementation. It also helps industry experts to continuously participate in curriculum design and career development programs which play a significant role in honing the skill set of the students inclined towards the expectation of the industry. Towards up scaling the academia in the Global knowledge index. The ample industrial exposure is provided to the students and faculty members to enhance the Teaching Learning Process and enable the Institution to produce quality students in turn.

A Center of Excellence (CoE) at Akshaya Institute of Technology is a dedicated hub that fosters collaboration, research, innovation, and education in a specific domain. CoEs signify a commitment to excellence and leadership in a specific field or discipline. They serve as focal points for cutting-edge research, interdisciplinary collaboration, professional development, and knowledge dissemination within the university and beyond.
