Akshaya Education Trust has been established in the year 2003 with the vision of imparting education to the students, to supplement the needs of the society.

Foreseeing the need of Engineers for the progress of the country in the light of globalization, liberalization and privatization, the Trust thought of starting a New Engineering College in the name and style of Akshaya Institute of Technology at Linapura, Koratagere Road, Tumkur. The Campus is spread over 25 acres of lush green land.
