ICETSE 2026 Registration

The registration phase begins as soon as the paper has been accepted. One has to complete the following THREE registration steps. The registered papers will be published on the Conference Proceedings.

Step 1 - Registration Fee 
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program.

• If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered.
• Each paper can accommodate a maximum of 6 authors.
• The regular fee will cover up to 8 pages on exceeding which an additional amount will be charged.
• Delegates should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender's Side.
• If the page number of the print media exceeds 1500 pages, it will automatically be split into two volumes. Each volume will require separate payment
• Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot participate in the conference.
• The organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.

Payment mode

• USD/EUR is considered as the absolute denomination. Authors can transfer its equivalent amount from any of your Bank and Country/Currency. In such case, for paper publication registration fee, the conversion rate shall be calculated against the conversion rate of the day when the papers submission for review is ended; And for membership and others, exchange rate on the date transaction is applicable. You may choose any one of the banking options according to your convenience.

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper (CRP) Submission

Authors submitting their papers may use the following template. The failure in adhering to the specific format norms will result in rejection. All camera ready papers must be submitted in MS WORD file format only (PDF is NOT accepted). The CRP shouls be in the Common Template, available at DOCX | PDF
